Refund and Return Policies

Important notice: Regarding matte finish and other finishes on plates, cups... and all Gharyan Stoneware products:

Marks or scratches can be seen after the use of the utensils on the products. It's a normal and common think on matte finishes. Gharyan Stoneware cannot issue a refund regarding this matter. Thus, for a better usage of Gharyan Stoneware products, we recommend that our costumers read our Use & Care available in every product page. 

Packaging marks may be spotted. They can easily be taken off and they don't make the product defectuous.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, contact us at contact@gharyan.fr within 10 days of the delivery day. To qualify for a return, items must be undamaged and unused. Refunds will be processed onto the original method of payment once the package has made its way back to us.

*Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customs fees when return are assumed by the client

*Return label is not provided unless you received the wrong product.

 

In the case of a special order, the sale is final.

 If your order has arrived damaged or you’ve received the wrong product, send us an e-mail at contact@gharyan.fr within 4 days of the delivery date and kindly provide pictures of damaged items, the packaging, and the box.
