We're glad to offer free shipping for orders of 100 Euro and more. This offer is exclusif to France and European Countries. Limited offer.

 

Shipping, cancellations and returns policies

At GHARYAN, our goal is to package your order with care and attention as quickly as possible! We aim to package and process your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment.

All of our inventory is located in our warehouse based in Paris, France. We ship directly from our French warehouse

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, contact us at contact@gharyan.fr within 14 days of the delivery day. To qualify for a return, items must be undamaged and unused. Refunds will be processed onto the original method of payment once the package has made its way back to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the case of a special order, the sale is final.

If your order has arrived damaged or you’ve received the wrong product, send us an e-mail at contact@gharyan.fr as soon as possible and kindly provide pictures of damaged items, the packaging, and the box. 

We are not responsible for damages, lost parcels, delays or any additional charges caused by the shipping carrier. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a proper shipping address when placing the order.
