The use of our website www.gharyan.fr, owned by "Gharyan France", is regulated by these Terms and Conditions and your usage of the web site constitutes your obligation to respect these Terms and Conditions. They apply to all activities (sales, order, contact the company…)  in the website www.gharyan.fr

General Terms and Conditions:

Gharyan France cannot be responsible for any damages caused to or by the item sold via the website www.gharyan.fr or directly from our warehouse.

• Order Process:

We pledge to process your order within 3 days following payment. If the product is no longer available, you’ll be notified by e-mail and reimbursed as soon as possible, in case you already paid for it. Gharyan France cannot be responsible for any additional delays on the shipping time.

• The Product:

We aim to offer the best representation of the product, its colour and its shape. We are working with talented photographers in order to display our products in the best way. Our goal is to make your online experience at www.gharyan.fr very convenient. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours seen on your computer are identical to the real-life colour since colours may vary from one computer to another. Since our products are majorly handmade, a few changes on each piece may occur. Gharyan France cannot guarantee the exact similarity between all the items.

• Pricing:

All prices in our website www.gharyan.fr are displayed in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes, shipping and duty fees ( Duty fees: Doesn’t apply to Canadian customer). The customer remains responsible for paying all extra fees. Full payment of the order is required in Euro. Gharyan France may change its prices on the web site www.gharyan.fr at any time without prior notice. Other currencies may appear to customers outside of Europe. Prices would be converted automatically following the day's rate

Discount codes can't be combined. 

• Method of Payment:

All online orders through www.gharyan.fr can be paid online. We accept Visa and MasterCard or PayPal. If any problem accurses, please send an email to contact@gharyan.fr

Gharyan France aims to keep all personal information used in the website www.gharyan.fr confidential.

All the information entered on the website will remain confidential and won't be sold to third parties. They'll only be used for the fulfilment of your order
